Appropriate resources of vitamin D are available in milk and egg yolks.
Selenium is found in seafood, poultry, bread and whole grains.
Vitamin C can also help to exorcise the plum bum which have arrived to our body by polluted air. Milk and dairy products, especially cheese and yogurt can decrease the absorption of leads.
